can't stop listening to yael.

this song is so bluesy!  it reminds me so much of billie holiday.  when i heard this lyric..

"some say i'm crazy/but i think i'm lazy sometimes/some things will never change/unless i find that thing that makes you change your mind"

....i could have sworn i was listening to billie.  amazing!

i've always loved the idea that some things will never change.  as crazy and fleeting as our world is, there are some wonderful constants.  i love that.  it keeps me calm.

take a second today and remind yourself of something good that has been with you for years and years.
